TMZ cameras were rolling when the shooting occurred. WeHo Daily has mashed up the video with Sheriff radio transmissions

Last night's shooting that left one man dead and two others injured is the latest in a saga of incidents at the Guys & Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood. As WeHo News details, the nightclub that's only been open for a little over a year has been subject investigations regarding underage drinking.

After an investigation revealed that eleven minors over a period of three months were allowed inside and served alcohol, West Hollywood's business license commission recommend to suspend the club's license for two weeks and then place it on probation for six months. One incident occurred in February when a 19-year-old girl was found not breathing in the parking lot, suffering from apparent acute alcohol poisoning. Owners initially appealed the commission's decision, but later withdrew it, making the suspension effective in June.

The shooting occurred around 2:10 a.m. after an argument outside the club, which is located on Beverly Boulevard next to Jerry's Deli and across from Cedars Sinai Medical Center. About seven shots rang out from a suspect who left in a high-end car. A male valet who was standing nearby was killed, reportedly in front of his wife and 15-year-old son, according to ABC7 via WeHo Daily.
