At Local in Silver Lake, they fill their the chilaquiles plate with eggs, queso fresco, black beans, salsa, avocado, and crème fraîche. Take one bite and you'll be dreaming about this dish in the middles of the night and wake up craving it in the morning. For those of you who don't eat eggs, the nice people at Local will make their chilaquiles with tofu too.
