Don't Mess with the Elderly: Cameraman Attacked at Community Meeting, Caught on Video

La Habra Heights is heating up! At a recent meeting of the La Habra Heights Improvement Association, a freelance cameraman who began taping was promptly approached and manhandled by one of the association members. "Don't you put that f....n' thing in my face," John Pearce said as he grabbed George Edwards' $44,000 camera, explained watchdog blogger Stephen Blagden.

Blagden and Edwards, both who are not strangers to political controversy in La Habra Heights, uploaded videos they took of the incident to YouTube. Blagden has been watching the Association for some time and says they once took "away members' right to vote for Directors and had held a secret election prior to the Meeting," thus breaking state code.

According to a CBS2 report, both Edwards and Pearce filed citizens arrests, leaving it up the L.A. Disrict Attorney to deal with.
