The Residences at W Hollywood Officially Open Today

With slogans like "Love it. Live it" and "Own the Wow" the homes at the W offer the living large lifestyle. Today marks the official opening day for The Residences at W Hollywood. For most, that means decorators and contractors can start getting these tony flats ready for their hard partying owners.

The Residence at the W Hollywood have not one, but seven model units, to give perspective buyers a feeling of how versatile the contemporary architecture can be. In one model unit, Interior Illusions installed a stripper pole in the living room, placed a cow to the balcony, and draped several animals throws and rugs around the furniture. In the Cantoni designed unit, pops of yellow and red show a more glamorous side. Another unit has been transformed into an eco-friendly paradise by eConnect Grp.

The W Residences offer a penthouse floor that can be sold as one giant unit, or subdivided into up to seven units, at the discretion of Russ Filice of Sotheby's, the real estate agent who is representing the property. Filice will not only match buyers with the perfect unit, he has already picked out one for himself.

When reminded about the bars scenes at the hotel, we asked about how sound-proof the hotel rooms and residences would be. "You don't come here to sleep," remarked Filice. With living room stripper poles and mistress doors in the closets, that may be the most honest sales pitch of them all. Residents will have access to all hotel locations and their own pool, state of the art gym, roof top cabanas, and more. The W has made living like a rock star very convenient indeed.

There are 143 units at The Residences at W Hollywood. Starwood Hotels and resorts Worldwide, Inc will operate the hotel and residences offering their Whatever/Whenever service, Delphine , rooftop bar, Drai's Hollywood, Bliss Spa, and retail space to all hotel guests and residents. Now they need some buyers with at least a few million dollars burning a hole in their pockets. Are you ready to move in?
