After DUI Arrest, L.A.'s Top Budget Official Steps Down for Now
Pulled over in his city car Thursday night for speeding and then found to be drunk, City Administrative Office Miguel Santana has taken a leave of absence to enroll at an alcohol treatment center. "It could be weeks. It might be longer than that," said Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa whose "heart and my prayers are with him and his family."
