LAst Laugh: This Week in Comedy

It's an improv sort of week, with a few special other shows thrown into the mix. The Birthday Boys and A Kiss From Daddy have their monthly show at UCB, which is always a hit. There's a Haiti benefit show out in Venice that has a great line up, and the latest Moth GrandSLAM is out in Echo Park. The weather should be clearing up, so you can feel free to climb out from under your rock and get out to some awesome comedy. That is, if you're not lame. Lame people need not apply.
Also, if you're not lame then you probably know about some shows that I don't, so let me know here.
MONDAY 3/1
Delicatessen / Bangarang!, 8p UCB. Two new(er) Harold teams take the stage in this great night of long form improv.
Mystic Mondays, 10:30p Andy Dick Black Box @ iO West. Yet another great new improv showcase, with some great teams this week.

Comedy Benefit for Haiti, 7:30p The Talking Stick. Greg Fitzsimmons, Greg Behrendt, Laura Kightlinger, Mary Lynn Rajskub and others raise some still-needed money for Doctors Without Borders.
Moth GrandSLAM V, 8p Echoplex. Another great night of true storytelling, like only The Moth knows how. Hosted by Brian Finkelstein.
WEDNESDAY 3/3
The Birthday Boys / A Kiss From Daddy, 8p UCB. The first Wednesday of every month is dedicated to these two sketch comedy giants, and they do not disappoint.
The Crazy Uncle Joe Show, 8p Groundlings. The signature Groundlings long form improv show.

The Thrilling Adventure Hour, 8p Largo. Good ol’ timey radio comedy greatness. A well-produced, hilarious show.
Tom Arnold, 10p Irvine Improv. Holy crap, Tom Arnold is insane. Seriously. And he’s at the Irvine Improv all weekend, being crazy/hilarious.
SATURDAY 3/6
Chris Hardwick, 9:30p Hollywood Improv. Nerdist is out and about at the Improv on Melrose this weekend, with an earlier stand up show at 7:30p.
