As long as he steers clear of movies with numbers for titles, John Cusack's all right with me. Sunday, the New Bev pairs Cusack classic High Fidelity with (500) Days of Summer, both in Scenesteround Sound! The Aero continues the Cusack attack with Better Off Dead, featuring a live commentary from writer-director "Savage" Steve Holland & cast-members Curtis Armstrong, Diane Franklin & E. G. Daily. Considering their work in the 25 years since, it should make for an animated discussion.

Let Cinefamily take you on a trip around the world and back, with the L.A. premiere of The Posters Came From The Walls. The documentary tracks the sweetest confessions of Depeche Mode fans who just can't get enough. I don't want to start any blasphemous rumors, but the filmmakers speak & spell out the details following the 7:30 Friday showing. Bring your master and/or servant.

Full list appears below. See you at the movies!

Dude, wrong venue! The Depeche Mode doc's at the Cinefamily... | Photo courtesy of this!

That's all for this week. B-T-W, I've been on this beat for a year now & I've got to say I couldn't have done any of it without my partner in life & theater list compiling, Elizabeth. Happy Anniversary honey!

Compiled, as always, by the amazing and diligent Edward Yerke-Robins (and family!)
