Pencil This In: Year End Laughs
COMEDY
The folks at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre have something special in store to close out the holiday season: Shitty Holidays. Driven by random audience interviews, the program will re-enact interviewee's worst holiday experiences including all the creepy characters they may muster up. Starts at 8 PM with a second program starting at 9:30 PM. The second program, Facebook examines audience members' Facebook pages for some good old fashion humor.

Hosted by Justine Marino, 'Twas the Night Before New Year's Eve kicks off at 8 PM and features Matt Gallagher, Joe King, Ben Gleib and others.

For those that want to warm up for tomorrow's New Year's Eve partying with a bit of a '70s flavor, check out KC & The Sunshine Band at the House of Blues in Hollywood. Responsible for memorable disco era classics such as I am your boogie man, That's the Way I Like It and others, it is sure to be a good warm up for tomorrow's celebrations.
CIRCUS
Tonight and tomorrow are the last 2 days to catch some amazing acrobats do their thing at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts. The Shanghai Circus includes some of China's most accomplished acrobats, jugglers and other performers accomplishing feats that will leave you amazed. Tonight's show is at 8 PM and their final performance is tomorrow at 2 PM.
