What Are You Doing New Year's Eve? Dining Out Options Part 2
For those who would like to ring in 2010 with a night on the town, several local restaurants are offering special menus and packages for New Year's Eve. For nights out like this, reservations are required, so planning ahead is a must. Remember, most of these packages won't include drinks, parking, or gratuities, so cushion your budgets accordingly!
We shared a few options with you yesterday in Part 1, and now, in no particular order, here is Part 2 of our picks for NYE dining--look for Part 3 this time Saturday...
RIVERA
Downtown's RIVERA offers special meals, as well as a cocktail party. The Early Seating from 6:30pm-7:30pm is a 2.5 hour meal consisting of a 6 course menu priced at $75 per guest (2 wine pairings available priced at $50 and $75). The Late Seating: Reservations made from 9:00pm-10:00pm with no time limit on meal and a 8 course menu priced at $110 per guest (2 wine pairings available priced at $50 and $75). A table deposit of $100 is required. But if you're just looking to enjoy the eatery's amazing libations, Mixologist Julian Cox’s Bottomless Cocktail Party has: Unlimited Cocktails(bottomless) from Julian’s special cocktail list + including special punches such as the delicious Tejocote Punch from John Sedlar and Julian Cox featured in the LA Times. It's $50 Fixed Price in advance for a space at the bar or lounge (11pm-12:30am).
