Does any just get scolded anymore?

Are you kidding me? What is wrong with kids? Of course the authorities should press charges. Bullying should be handled quick and firm to send a message to these kids and others that bullying is not allowed. How devastating to a child to be picked on for something beyond their control! Kids can be so mean.
