3.1 Earthquake Strikes San Bernardino County
A minor 3.1 earthquake struck near Loma Linda shortly before 11 p.m. While the immediate Los Angeles area has been relatively quiet--just a with few microquakes here and there--San Bernardino County has been active with 3.0-range shakers this month. Other active areas in Southern California have been around San Clemente Island and the US-Mexico border near Mexicali.
