Last week a judge ordered the murder case of a BART cop shooting an unarmed man in the back to downtown Los Angeles. A YouTube video showing the incident was the leading factor community anger. Then over the weekend, another BART cop incident was caught and put on YouTube. Basically, it shows a cop pushing a drunk man against a window--unfortunately, he pushed him through the window. Did the cop have bad luck with a fragile window or was that too much aggression?

I gotta admit, that was actually kinda rad. Good video.
The push didn't seem overly aggressive. Maybe the officer should have known better than to use a window though.
I'd say he was just doing exactly what he should have done. The window was obviously very fragile. Kudos to the officer for getting that fool off the train so fast. I can think of about 50 times I wish someone had done that for me.
Almost looks like it wasn't his head that broke the glass it was his arm or the beverage in his hand.
San Francisco: Bad cops, bad bridges, bad parking, and bad burritos.
Except this was in Oakland. Bart cops are a separate agency. Actual SF cops aka "the ladies in blue" are known as being rather soft.
Cop did nothing wrong. Window seemed a bit fragile.
Yeah I don't think his head hit any part of the window. Probably his arm or hand. The cop did nothing wrong but pick the wrong place to cuff the drunk. The drunk got what he deserved.
Poor window...
