The Silver Lake Art Crawl begins tonight with a series of events through Sunday. The majority of art gallery openings are happening Saturday night, but on Sunday, when the "Official Silver Lake Art Crawl Party at Barnsdall Art Park" occurs, a handful of food trucks will arrive to cater.

Those include Let’s Be Frank, the Dosa Truck, Del's Lemonade, and Coolhaus Ice Cream. The Buttermilk Truck, scheduled for a grand street opening on Wednesday in Venice, reportedly will make a visit for a sneak peek. So get ready to get your yum on.

Eater LA also notes a pretty cool art crawl event on Saturday: "Materials & Applications gallery will host a neighborhood fish taco party on Saturday at their closing reception. A group of volunteers spent the last two months developing a tilapia fish farm maintained through local resources (collecting rainwater, for example, instead of exclusively relying on the city's water supply). And, you guessed it, the harvested fish will be fried up for the party."

note: shortly after i snapped this photo, ice cream dripped on my camera! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU EAT THESE!!

I was waiting for someone to piece this together :)
I am the Barnsdall board member organizing the event (and obviously a foodie).
Not only are we doing a food truck crawl in the Hollyhock motorcourt, we are going to have City Sip pouring a 3-flight tasting....and a KCRW DJ, House tours, and more!

If you want to join the wine tasting, you can buy tickets here: PURCHASE TICKETS ($12 in advance)

As long as we're including the Barnsdall Art Park, can we consider this the LOS FELIZ/Silverlake Art Crawl? Or are borders being secretly extended...?
