- Friends and family gathered at Wilson High School in Long Beach to mourn the loss of a 16 year-old athlete and honor student who was gunned down after a football game.
- A 3.7 rumbler shook through Central California today. No damage or injuries were reported.
- The controversial deal that would have brought 100 MTA rail cars along with a multi-million dollar factory and jobs to LA, fell through at the last minute.
- Finally... Pasadena's new watering restrictions took effect today. Lawn watering will be limited to once per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays before 9am or after 6pm. Violators can be fined up to $1,000.
