Orange County Judge Dismisses Obama's Birth-Location Suit

obama-birther-suit.png A claim that President Barack Obama was born in Kenya and not in Hawaii was dismissed in a Santa Ana U.S. District Court today, reports the LA Times. California attorney Orly Taitz, who apparently is the leader of the "birther" movement, has tried several times to challenge Obama's natural born citizenship with no luck. She's lost in many lower courts and was fined by a federal judge in Georgia for using the legal system for “political rhetoric and insults."

"He's lost"?

Orly Taitz is a she.

Zach should be given some slack in this gender-error.
I was under the impression that the prefix 'Esq' was commonly applied to Men.
Upon further research, it appears to have two definitions.
One is reserved specifically for Men and boys,
and one that can be applied to any gender within the legal profession.
But based solely upon Orly's past actions,
I wouldn't jump to choose her as part of my gender group.

i would have totally cut slack if her name hadn't been in the papers a lot lately because of all of her nutso lawsuits. she's also been on tv quite a number of times for the same reason.

did you take a good look at "her"?
:)

Bitch has too much time on her hands.
