Local Gang Member Added to FBI's Most Wanted List

For ten years after those murders, he disappeared until 2008 when a video tape caught him walking up to someone and shooting them execution stye over drug money. Police say it looked like he was enjoying it and that he plans to kill a police officer if he's ever found. Well, he might be found soon (and hopefully without incident) because the FBI added him to their most wanted list today.
