For the third night in a row, Conan made fun of Los Angeles and how we apparently all freak out over rain. You know, as in the unusual amount of car crashes and the dramatic STORMWATCH newscasts? Yeah, exactly.

now if we could get the idiots to stop tailgating and causing the 200+ accidents on the roads... you cant go 0-80 on slick roads without plowing into the car in front of you when your reading their shirt label.
