Foes of gay marriage tried to get a U.S. District Judge to dismiss a case against Proposition 8, a voter-approved initiative that reinstated a ban on gay marriage last November. As expected, Judge Vaughn Walker denied the motion, which means a court case could begin as early as January, according to the LA Weekly.
Chad Griffin of the American Foundation for Equal Rights, the organization behind the Prop 8 lawsuit, told the Weekly that he's thrilled with Walker's decision. "[It] moves us one step closer to the federal trial where we will prove the unconstitutionality of Prop. 8."

Oh, please! The HOMOSEXUALS don't want marriage! The majority are too busy fucking like animals to even acknowledge that there's such a thing as a relationship between two people... HOMOSEXUALITY is abnormal (say what you want, but it ain't normal. I know it's been driven down your throat by your media that it is, but it isn't!) and thus a healthy relationship cannot form between two men... Marriage has been turned into a travesty by this sick society... and by allowing HOMOSEXUALS to marry, it only furthers degrades what was once natural... but illness and decay is what those at the top LOVE, so the masses are more easily controlled... AND all this BS about equal rights? It's nothing but a front to continue to demoralize society... once demoralized, anything is bound to happen! ANYTHING! I doubt those at the top care anything about HOMOSEXUALS and their rights...
I can't tell if this is a joke or not. If so, well done. If not, I'm laughing at you regardless.
"so the masses are more easily controlled..."
Well, it's not like YOU'RE trying to control any one, or any one else's definition of morality is it?
This is the best news I've heard all day.
And Joshiedoozie, stay classy!
I think the title of this piece is incorrect. Shouldn't it be "backers of gay marriage WIN..."?
