I didn't think the OC used the grading system. Last I saw, the restaurants just had a big list of possible bad things with a check mark next to any that applied, and possibly a big "Corrective Action Required" sticker plastered on top.
Really can't say Ive seen that... Seems like a pretty shaky way to grade to me. Although Im not really sold on the color system either.
