Craze be damned. A website dedicated to tracking all of Los Angeles' Twittering food trucks launched last night. Currently boasting 20 trucks (and a map of popular locations), the list is surely to grow as we await such tempting treats from the likes of the Grilled Cheese Truck and the Buttermilk (breakfast) Truck. Make sure to check it out from your phone on the mobile version where it looks much sleeker.

Perhaps it was a coincidence, perhaps not, but we're sure this designer food truck phenomenon is a subject of discussion at today's Twitter conference at the Skirball Center. It was only last October when a group of friends, hungry for food after a night of clubbing, came up with the idea to have a Korean Taco truck. When it came to marketing, they chose Twitter and from there, a new street food culture began to arise. Nearly 30 working and upcoming trucks are listed here on LAist.

Well, GOD Bless America, look at us now, are we not the coolest people in the world or what!

Next will be portable bathroom toilet trucks......French, Asian and good old American Porcelain.

I had the idea for this website a couple months ago but was too lazy to get it going. Now it's too late, somebody with some initiative beat me to it. Those could have been MY adsense bucks!!!
