But the times have changed and Gideon Kotzer has installed a "Going out of Business" sign on his Arts District-located warehouse, which he plans to convert into housing. Loved those commercials over the years.
I'll never understand that. How on earth can you live in America for 40 years and still sound like you just got off the boat? I mean seriously. I'm not knocking him as he does speak English . . . but that accent . . . its like damn.
His accent is part of the charm. :)
