It's been a while since we updated our list of Food Trucks that Twitter, so we gave the internets another scour, recalled some of our own recent food-on-wheels excursions, and have added a whole bunch of eateries to the growing ranks. Some are just getting on the road, and some are in the works, so of course the best way to know where to go is to follow them on Twitter, and get ready to chase down the grub. Added to the list include the best damn Hawaiian-style shave ice you'll find in town, a "roadside bistro," a hot pink truck with babes and burgers on board, curious fusions, and...breakfast. As always, let us know in the comments if we've missed a truck! Check out the update here.

Many years ago in the summer of 1971 or 2 I worked at CTS Tool Co on Sheila St in City of Commerce. There was a lunch wagon that came in the morning @ lunch time. The older converted pickup truck type. The guy had these marvelous chicharron burritos that I would love to know where they came from. Someone in the area must remember these or know what restaurant made them. They had potato, hot green chile, cheesy sauce and, of course, the Chicharrones. Nothing else in them. The next time you are down in that area of L.A. doing a piece like Twittering Food Trucks please keep your eyes open for these specific burritos. I now live in Reno and would try to order them shipped to me. Thanks
When the "hot pink truck with babes" made its debut, mobile eateries officially jumped the shark.
Jumped the Shark? Sounds like a solid business plan to me.
