The Station Fire, now the largest wildfire in LA County modern history, has burned through 144,743 acres (about 226 square miles) and is 38 percent contained. Although much progress has been made, early this morning, 15 to 20 homes in the Dillion Divide near Pacoima Canyon went under a mandatory evacuation. 64 homes have been destroyed along with 49 outbuildings. So far, the fight has cost around $27 million. There have been a handful of injuries, but most devastating has been the loss of two firemen.
For those in the affected areas, a community meeting in Pasadena tonight will update the public on the current fire situation and expected actions.

So I haven't been ready every article about the fire, but whatever happened to those 5 people that didn't evacuate and couldn't be rescued when the fire finally got them?
They said they were fine and didn't need to be rescued.
Is that melted glass in the picture? FYI, that car looks 60 years old anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if it looked similar to the way it does now before the fire.
