Video: Catering Truck Robbed at Gunpoint

That's a pretty terrifying video and LAPD detectives have released it because they need the public's help in identifying the three suspects involved. The video is from August 13th at around 2:35 a.m. when the truck was parked near Avalon Boulevard and Gage Avenue in South LA.

The workers were preparing to close for the night as a cusotmer was outside. One of the three suspects forced his way into the truck with a handgun and demanded money A second suspect entered and robbed each of the employees. Outside, a third suspect, forced a customer inside. No one was hurt all the victims complied with orders. Still, the suspects kicked one of the victims in the head has he laid on the ground.

Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call LAPD Newton Area Robbery Detectives Marsden or Medina at (323) 846-6572. After-hours or on weekends, calls may be directed to a 24-hour, toll-free number at 1-877-LAPD-24-7 or by texting CRIMES (274637) and beginning the message with the letters LAPD. Tipsters may also submit information on the LAPD website, www.lapdonline.org. All tips will remain anonymous.

At least they had security cameras. I hope these guys are caught soon.
