Before there was Kogi BBQ, there was Twitter. After there was Kogi BBQ, there were a good number of new food trucks and other mobile eats with Twitter in the business plan. A street food revolution? Something like that.
We're doing our best to keep up with the Twittering Food Truck Trend, and we're always working on the list. Here's what we've got, and the stories we've done to help you navigate the streets of eats:
- KogiBBQ Largely considered the "granddaddy" of food trucks [LAist Story]

- @donchowtacos: It's like Kogi, except Chinese instead of Korean. [LAist Story]
- @Green_Truck: This organic meal truck had the right idea when they started in early 2008, but GPS was not the way to go. Twitter was and now they're on it. [LAist Story]

Thank you for maintaining this list.
One correction, if I may. The Grilled Cheese Truck is @grlldcheesetruck without the "i".
Thanks again.
Mobilecravings.com is like the yellowpages for food trucks. They have a pretty good index of LA and NY food trucks. I like that they not only categorize each food truck, but they include a photo of the truck and have videos of menu items. they make it pretty easy to discover new food trucks.
