This looks like a more modern version of the chicken car that sits at the El Gallo Cubano apt. building (or something similar) on Lincoln/Montana in Santa Monica.

It's not the only one either. There is one in Santa Monica also.

How have you never seen this before? As said by the other commenters, this has been around in Santa Monica for years. There was even a commercial it was featured in ages ago
