The mogul has stripped the controversial beauty queen of her crown, but not because of her stance on political issues. Trump, who once said he was "very proud" of the blonde beauty "gave the green light to fire" Prejean "because she just wouldn't do the job and treated people badly," according to TMZ.
The celeb gossip site goes on to explain that Prejean's refusal "to appear at around 30 events on behalf of Miss California USA" was in violation of her contract, adding that Trump said: "To me she was the sweetest thing. Everyone else -- she treated like s**t."
Prejean has been officially notified of her termination as of this afternoon. The pageant's 1st runner up, local contestant Tami Farrell (Miss Malibu USA) is likely to be named her replacement.
