The New School of Cooking in Culver City is also a great option for all types of classes. I took a knife skills there last fall and another grilling course one summer. Excellent staff and fun options. Highly recommended.

I agree! I took their Pro I series (5-6 months of weekly classes) a couple of years ago. Wonderful school. Had a lot of fun and learned a lot.
