Cute New Cafe & Boutique Opens Today on Robertson

petrossian_cafe.png Today marks the opening of Petrossian's first Los Angeles area storefront. It's a cafe and boutique featuring menu items such as a Smoked Chorizo Scramble, a Tsar Cut Smoked Salmon Trio, the always controversial Foie Gras, an interesting grilled cheese made of buffalo mozzarella, tomato, olives and pesto on ciabatta and other meaty and fishy items. The boutique carries items like wines, cheeses, jams, gift baskets and the such. Tonight from 4 to 7 p.m. is their grand opening and starting tomorrow, regular hours (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.) begin.

F*CK big agribusinesses /fast food purveyors who treat their animals far worse than most farms that make foie gras!

Nothing is worse than making foie gras... though somethings may be nearly or just as bad.

F*UCK people who use B.S. excuses to make one fucked up situation seem less fucked up than another!

The fast food companies, big agribusiness AND foie gras pimps can all go get fucked.

F-UCK fast food purveyors, people who use BS excuses, and people who eat/serve/manufacture/profit from foie gras! F-UCK the whole lot of 'em!!! why is everyone so foie gras happy around here? y'all need to cease.
