It is in the City of Los Angeles, all right, but they are correct in saying that the postal address is "Beverly Hills, CA, 90210".
Everything in 90210 gets delivered out of the Beverly Hills PO, so as far as the USPS is concerned, it's Beverly Hills.
That's why realtors use the term "BHPO" -"Beverly Hills Post Office" - to indicate that even though a property's not in the actual City of Beverly Hills, the street address is still Beverly Hills, 90210.
Usually Bunim-Murray or 51 Minds will rent these kind of places out for reality shows.

i heard this house used to belong to maddonna...i know lots of porn companies shoot movies here . i've been in this house many times for that reason .... also the second season american idol kids lived here too .. ford shot all their promo comercials in the driveway .... during that season as well...
