This more-than-9,000-square-foot home has nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a six car garage, four bars and six fire places.

The rent fluctuates, depending on a few factors: furnished or unfurnished and short or long term lease? So anywhere between $39,000 to $75,000 is what they say (sounds affordable).

Oh, and if you want to buy it, offers begin at $10 million. However, according to LAist real estate source, they say property records show it was bought for $1,725,000 on October 10, 2000, and that today the assessment is $2.3 million.
