"Damages" on FX @ 10pm
NBC Universal head honcho, Jeff Zucker, defended Jim Cramer, CNBC, and business reporting in general after last week's lambasting by "The Daily Show"'s Jon Stewart. Despite the avalanche of video evidence presented by Stewart last week, Zucker posited that Cramer's calls were on target and "out in front". Hey Jeff, perhaps CNBC should put up a big "Mission Accomplished" banner because they done so darn good.

Take a look at Jim Cramer's Cisco Systems (CSCO) recommendations on Mad Money over a two year period and you'll see that he called a huge rally, accurately. Sorry, Jon Stewart.

Thanks for your comment jhakhosla!
I think Stewart was more interested in pointing out that the hype, the pump and dump, and other such shenanigans that Cramer and CNBC in general, engaged in over the years hasn't helped anyone. I don't think he was really focused on specific stock picks. Personaly, I think picking certain stocks and looking at their behavior is one of Cramer's strengths.
