Big West Mascot Love

With local Big West school Cal State Northridge in the Big Dance, here's a little Big West love. During the Big West tournament in Anaheim last week, the mascots from the nine schools competed in a mascot tournament at the ESPN Zone in Anaheim.

The events included horse races, free throw shooting, hula hoop, tug-o-war and arm wrestling. It also was noted for the debut of UC Santa Barbara's new mascot Ole.

UC Riverside's Scotty the Bear won the event which I suppose is consolation for a team that went 17-13 overall and 8-8 in the conference.
