LA Lakers defeat Oklahoma City Thunder 107-93. The Thunder tried making a comeback in the fourth quarter, but it took Kobe Bryant only three minutes to score 10 points to squash that hope. With the 36 points he scored, Bryant eclipsed Adrian Dantley for 19th all time scorer. The Lakers continue to have the best record in the NBA at 47-10 and the best road record at 21-6.

Anaheim Ducks defeat Buffalo Sabres 3-2. Todd Marchant's short handed goal in the second period helped the Ducks take control of the game keeping the Duck's playoff hopes alive. Having lost three of their last four games, the Ducks needed to have a good road trip. Marchant who hasn't scored a goal since the last ice age didn't let that bother him for his homecoming.

LA Kings defeat Minnesota Wild 2-1 (SO). Yet again when the Kings go on the road, they tend to win. Drew Doughty scored the winning goal in the shootout when the puck scooted through Wild goalie Niklas Backstrom. It wasn't pretty, but it got the job done. Though they are 13th in the Western Conference standings they are only four points away from a playoff spot.
