• An Amber Alert was issued this afternoon after two women posing as social service workers allegedly abducted a 4-year-old girl from her Thousand Palms home.
• Last night in South LA an unidentified gunman was wounded when LAPD officers returned fire. The shooter did not strike anyone when he initiated fire.
