Young R&B star Chris Brown says the media has the story all wrong, but it still seems as if a part of the tale is that he roughed up fellow singer and (ex?) girlfriend Rihanna and then turned himself in just before the pair were due to be at Staples Center for the Grammys.
Now, Anthony Geisler, President of LA Boxing, which is "the world's largest boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts training organization" wants to get Chris Brown in the ring to "see what it's like to face a real opponent." On February 13th, LA Boxing sent a letter to Brown's manager, "requesting he step into the ring against" Geisler. Someone interested in sparring with Brown has set up a Facebook group, and has put the proposition to the public. So if you want to fight Chris Brown, join up and get your name on the list. No word on Brown's take on the fight, or the details of the incident; Brown and Rihanna are keeping their mouths shut.

Oooh, I want to challenge Chris Brown in a head to head match with my CAR. diaf, assface.
Kinda disappointed that LAist is posting this story. There's no way Chris Brown is getting in a boxing ring with anybody, and this is just a way for LA Boxing to exploit the situation to get some publicity.
Well, duh. Do you really think we think Chris Brown will get into the boxing ring? Does anybody? Including LA Boxing? What's disappointing?
