The fun is free and open to the public at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga starting at 10 a.m. You can watch the Daytona 500 on a big screen and enjoy the other fan friendly offerings, including NASCAR show cars and street tour, racing simulators, EA sports games, beer gardens, live entertainment, games and prizes for all ages and more.

SEE SOME UNIQUE UKES
Amy Crehore's new show of handpainted ukeleles debuted Friday night at Santa Monica's Thinkspace. The gallery is open from 1-6 on Sundays, so you can take a look at them at your leisure today. The ukes are rare and antique, and have been restored and then hand-painted. Pretty cool stuff!

BYO HANKY FOR POST V-DAY SAD SONGS
Tonight at 8, Machine Project presents their February artist in residence Emily Lacy and a night of songs on the topics of breakups, heartbreak, affliction and regret. Go ahead, cry! (Just supply your own tissues.) The show is free, and also includes Christian Cummings, Corey Fogel, and John Hogan.

IF YOU CAN WAIT, YOU MIGHT GET IN...
To see MOCA Art Talks: Dan Graham Conversation with the artist and Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth, moderated by exhibition co-curator and MOCA Associate Curator Bennett Simpson. Today is the opening of Dan Graham: Beyond at MOCA. The talk starts at 3 p.m. and is at MOCA Grand Avenue, in the Ahmanson Auditorium. But, tickets ($22) are sold out! MOCA tells us, though: "A limited number of unclaimed tickets may be released shortly before the start of the event; these tickets will be sold to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. A standby line will form at 2pm." So, it could happen! At least check out the show...

Other Things to Do: Check out the 4 BMW Art Cars at LACMA, get your fill at Ford's Filling Station, drink some Champagne...or Bubbly, head for the mountains, or warm up your tummy with some noodles in the SGV.
