I've said it over and over again but Battlestar Galactica really is the best show on television, and Katee Sackhoff is as good an actress as there is. What a crime that this fabulous show is ending this year. I implore everyone to not only buy this DVD but tune into the second half of Season 4 when it begins airing on Sci-Fi on January 16th. Pineapple Express was plenty funny, but may have been most notable for the overlooked performance of the increasingly good James Franco. See The Wackness to see another great turn by Sir Ben and the loveliest of lovelies, Olivia Thirlby. Bangkok Dangerous is a perfectly stupid title for a perfectly stupid film. Toupee alert!

I first heard of Anthony Bourdain back when I was living in New York at Park Avenue South and 20th and he was still mostly known as a sometime writer and executive chef just up the street at Les Halles. Now, of course, he's everywhere, and I like him and his inveterate culinary lust as much as ever. Didn't the original Behind Enemy Lines answer all the questions its silly plot presented? God, I hate this trend of sequel-izing bad movies for the DVD market! How big does your television have to be to justify buying the IMAX Ultimate Collection? I'm going with 50 inches. I like my smut, and I like my smut simple. Naked Happy Girls? Perfect.

AHHHHH BATTLESTAR!! They got them webisodes up on scifi.com - a decent holdover until the premiere, unless you're holed up watching 4.0.
The webisodes are, of course, de rigueur for any Galactica fan. To the uninitiated, they are available at scifi.com
