Pedestrian rights activist run over by car.

Say it aloud for effect.

how does one plead not guilty to this witnessed crime?

He has a right to defend himself against murder charges, you can't deny him that. That's what trials are for. Perhaps he will argue he was provoked by the pedestrian (or by the witnesses). Perhaps he will argue he did not run over the guy on purpose.

What is he going to say, Sorry everyone, the man I left in the street after kicking him in the head, I didn't realize he was in front of my car when I started fleeing from the off duty police officer.

I know he has the right to a defend him self, everyone does, but I hope justice prevails.

With the right lawyer, anything is possible!

wow. crazy.

I often find myself throwing my keys at cars who nearly run me over in the crosswalk. Happens ALL the times (the running over, not the key tossing).

Perhaps I will stop. It's usually dumb broads on their cellphones tho.

Can they stop referring to him as "hip hop artist" and instead call him what he is - poseur douchbag?

He must have been arrested by LA's metaphor squad on two offenses.

Wait let me get this straight...a car nearly runs you over, yet manages to stop in time and you throw your keys at them? You damage their property by scratching the car with your thrown keys?? I understand your anger -- obviously you're angry and felt that your life was threatened. However, if that happened to me, as the driver, I'd gladly take your keys with me and toss them into the Pacific.
