A Snow Day for SoCal Schools, I-15 Closed

Snow has some schools and roads closed in Southern CaliforniaThe heavy rains that began last night over Los Angeles are operating as "blinding snow" in some parts of Southern California. According to abc7.com, Interstate 15 through the Cajon pass has been shut down due to the snow, and the CHP has stopped performing escorts through the area because the conditions are so bad. Road closures in the area include: Interstate 15 from 15/215 to Route 395 Cajon Pass, SR-138 from Interstate 15 to SR-2, and SR-142 at the Orange County Line. Some students are also getting a "snow day" with "several schools in the Snowline Unified School District, and all eight of the Rim of the World schools in San Bernardino County" closed for the day. Have fun, kids, and be careful on the roads, drivers!
