Very well put... I think it's so important for press to hold companies, government and society accountable for their oversights in issues that impact our world. The duty of the press is to reveal the truth of the issues in an objective manner.

The reality is that Hollywood, like all other businesses in this country, look at the Green movement as a profit machine. Just like the dot com bubble, the real estate bubble and every other bubble, my forecast is that the Green movement will become a bubble. The problem with this is that making things really environmentally friendly doesn't always mean profit. In fact, sometimes it costs money! In my start ups, I make a point of making sure that every part of our company is environmentally sensitive... even if it costs us money. This is because in my business philosophy, ethics come before profit. This is a concept that is completely foreign to American business models, and Hollywood is a business. I wrote an article about this problem at www.theultimatespaceship.com

Thank you for an insightful look in to the potential greenwashing to come...
