The Cocktail that Dares Not Speak its Name

DSCF2034%20%28Small%29.JPGThe Edendale Grill may fall in and out of favor, but its bar has never wavered as a solid local watering hole.

We recently discovered mixologist Kelly O'Hare has an ace up his sleeve. A drink so good it doesn't even need a name. It's his fallback for people who don't know what they want to drink. Lets just say we wanted to drink more than a couple of them. It's not too rough and it's not too sweet. It's an all-nighter.

So what's in this magic elixir?

Grey Goose Pear (au poivre)
St Germain
Pineapple Juice
Freshly squeezed lime

Plus a total kick in the ass. This drink made us do embarassing things to a certain person's birthday cake. So ask Kelly to make you his "Elderberry drink" next time you stop by (St Germain is made from elderflowers). But leave the cake alone; it never did anything to anybody.
