I just didn't have much info to go from on their side until now. Earlier this month, we called the LA Zoo press office and the woman who answered said they didn't have time for blogs. I called back and spoke to someone very nice and left a message, but still haven't heard back. So hopefully they will actually contact me. And to GLAZA's credit, their PR person rocks!
