The Office of the President-Elect previewed Barack Obama's weekly address on Thanksgiving Day. He speaks about the holiday, but also the economy: "This Thanksgiving, we are reminded that the renewal of our economy won't come from policies and plans alone -- it will take the hard work, innovation, service, and strength of the American people."

Wait till you're President, Mr. Premature Elect.
Yeah! How dare Obama give a weekly address of hope to the population of this country. That's George Bush's job!!!
Where is George; clearing brush at the ranch?

Here are some early pics of the young Obama... about 8 minutes into the video....

Wow!
That's a departure from the last 8 years.
Here's our next President who acts like a President, and not like an emperor. I know now that I voted for the right person.
It's all great and good that Obama is President-Elect and he's to be credited for doing good prep work but I'm a bit put off by all the pretense and pomp.
It started with his fake Presidential symbol during the campaign (which they stopped using after they got some flack from folks) and now they have this whole "branding" with the "Office of the President Elect." It's all a bit off-putting and such and a bit unseemly in terms of our orderly transition of power.
I'm no Bush fan nor did I ever vote for him but he's President until January 20th and irrespective of what a jackass he is I think the Obamaites will need to chill a bit.
"I think the Obamaites will need to chill a bit."
After the last 8 years? Not a chance sam.
@mayorsam
he's definitely bringing "change" to the "Office of the President-Elect"
:)

Do you the phone number for the Economy? I'll give it a call and suggest it chills out until Jan 20
