He goes to a dentist, the pharmacy, grabs some grub and fills the tank. He's not shopping for others, but one can make it a Black Friday to treat oneself.

Oh and try to see if you could bring your own dental supplies (i.e. almalgam or resin) because 3rd World materials are of low(er) quality. As far as their skill goes, I am sure it is as hit and miss as the 1st World.
And yes, I lived in the third world and went to a dentist.
Good lord. Individual dental insurance from Blue Cross costs $17 a month and you get 2 free cleanings a year. It's worth it. He probably wasted 4 months worth of premiums just driving back and forth.
