City to Reveal 'Largest Solar Energy Plan in the Country'

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and others are unveiling Solar LA, a plan that they say "will deliver 10% of the City's energy needs through solar power by 2020 and will jumpstart the green economy in Los Angeles by creating a local solar industry." The plan, to be announced later this morning at Solar Integrated Technologies in South LA, will be the "largest solar energy plan in the country." It's just a plan now, but can they do it?
