Eh, there are legal restrictions on using telephoto lenses to invade private space. Like, someone can't stand on the sidewalk and take a picture of you inside your own home with a telephoto lens and then sell it because it violates privacy laws. The same might be true inside a school, but I'm not sure about that, since schools are sort of public property, though normally with restricted access. Most celebs who are stalked by the paps ask for it. Like, they seriously call in their whereabouts ahead of time. And if they're in the hospital, there are ways of finding out other than photos of them going in and out.
