How is it that the fire officials always figure out the cause of a fire? I'm always amazed that they come up with an answer. In this case, these individuals should be held accountable for their actions. No jail, no fine, but forever indebted. Garnish 51% of their future income.

Er, wasn't there a red flag warning in effect last week? Which should clue everyone into the fact that the weather is hot and dry, and brush fires are likely? So that starting a fire outside is NOT a good idea?
