Pixar continues its phenomenal string of delivering fantastic films with Wall-E. It may be their best yet. Ben Stiller recovers some of his lost comedic magic with Tropic Thunder (though it's really Downey who owns the movie.) Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 would have benefited from more Blake Lively and changing the setting to a Swiss nudist colony. Werner Herzog may not be the best director around, but he's on the short list of most interesting. How can anyone not already own all of these Monty Python masterpieces?

Flying Circus is a little more hit-and-miss than Monty Python's more carefully refined films, but it's still bloated with big laughs. Foo Fighters deliver in concert much like The Who did thirty years ago. Who is Jeff Dunham and what is so God damn special about his Christmas? Cannibal is more of a curio than a good film, but it does offer an early look into the intrinsic zaniness of Trey and Matt. Go ahead and put this Columbia Pictures box set on the shortlist of great Christmas gifts. Do you ever hear this at night?
