Jerry Brown, we do not care what your personal beleifs or lack there of are. You are the Attorney General and you are required to uphold the law and support Prop 8.

The people of California have already declared their lack of confidence in your ability to do your job, and that is why the Prop 8 group is being allowed to use their own attorneys to assist in the defense of this case and write the arguments.

WE'RE WATCHING YOU JERRY. IF YOU LOSE, YOU HAVE NO CHANCE. IF YOU WIN THE DEFENSE OF PROP 8, ALL THAT CAN BE SAID, IS THAT YOU DID YOUR JOB.

He's saying he wants the status of Proposition 8 settled quickly. So do the "Yes on 8" people.

The sooner challenges to 8 are settled the sooner everyone can determine just what their status is regarding marriage.

In other words he's doing his job.
