<description>&lt;p&gt;40,000 Americans die from automobile related accidents every year on our roads and 3,967 in California last year. Considering this I think we should consider reducing automobile dependency, and kill two birds with one stone, car emission pollution and car impact deaths.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
